Orange Class 2020-21

                                                                                             March 2021

Dear all parents and children of Orange Class,

I would like to say a huge 'Thankyou' to all those who took part in the RSPB 'Big Schools Birdwatch Challenge' in February this year.

The RSPB have now sent us details of which birds were the most frequently seen. Please click on the link below to find out!

If you also want to find out which bird you heard in the garden, click on the next link underneath.

Mrs Beswick
What an achievement! One week left of remote learning  yipee! Well done to all of our children and parents!  Thank you.

We are so grateful for how supportive, understanding and accommodating you are being.
Parents please give yourself a pat on the back - we know this is a very demanding time.
Children, we really do miss you all so much. There is nothing better than seeing all of your smiling faces together and it really energises us when we see you all on Zoom calls.
This is a message from the KS1 team to hopefully give you strength and motivation for the week to come whatever dilemmas we may face.
Best wishes,
Mrs Avant, Mrs Beswick and Mrs Hayes
Below you will find phonics phoneme finders and links to the actual songs that we use in school.
Here is an important message from Mrs Beswick:

Good afternoon everyone,

Below you will see the google classroom video with instructions on how to access your child's assignments and how to send them back to the class teacher.

You will also be sent an email from school with your child's username and intake number (the year they started at Barrington; 18 or 19), password and class code which is drha6o4

When you have entered your child's username and password, if you have a 'g mail' account already set up on your device, it will automatically default to your personal account and so may come back with an error message saying 'class cannot be found'.

If this happens, you will need to make sure that you have signed out of your personal account before your child will be able to see their class. If in doubt, when logging in, look to the top right hand side where there will be a symbol for your account and you can either log out here or add another account and then follow the instructions to log your child in.

Remember, if you have any issues please get in touch and we will help as soon as we can.
