Visit from Calyco

This week we were lucky enough to have a visit from the band Calyco!
The five members of the band entertained the staff in the staff room over lunch before performing four of their songs for the whole school. Following their performance, the group answered the children's questions. 
After their session with the whole school, five lucky children then had the opportunity to talk to the band in an interview that was recorded for the group's blog. Throughout their visit the band members message to the children was one of working together to achieve your dreams, enjoying what you do and keeping on trying if it does not work out the first time you try.
